I’ve said it many times before and I’ll say it again-the pork chops from Grateful Growers farm in Denver, NC are amazing (and having grown up on a pig farm, I’ve had my share of pork chops). Lucky for us, the ladies behind Grateful Growers have opened a farm-to-table restaurant in Uptown Charlotte where you can feast on food grown and produced by farmers within 100 miles of the city. Recently, UNC-TV ran an in-depth story taking us behind-the-scenes at the restaurant and the farm. Be forewarned: the following video will make you very hungry. No worries, they’re open for lunch.
